Payment Terms:

The following payment terms outline the agreed-upon financial arrangement between the client and the service provider:

1. Advance Payment:

The client is required to provide an initial payment of 50% of the total project cost in advance. This payment is to be made prior to the commencement of any development work.

1.1 Refund Policy:

The advance amount is subject to a full refund for claim made within a period of 3 days, but only in the event of a failure on the part of the service provider to deliver the agreed-upon services or meet the specified requirements.

2. Development Phase Payment:

Upon completion of the development phase, the client is responsible for remitting an additional payment of 20% of the total project cost.

3. Final Payment:

The remaining 30% of the total project cost is to be paid upon the completion of the project.

4. Cancellation and Forfeiture:

4.1 Client Cancellation:

In the event of a cancellation by the client without proper notice or after one week of payment confirmation, the service provider reserves the right to forfeit the entire amount previously paid by the client.

4.2 Service Provider Failure:

In the event of a failure by the service provider to deliver the agreed-upon services or meet the specified requirements, the client may claim a full refund of the last payment made. However, such a claim must be submitted within 3 days of the payment and accompanied by a written notice detailing the specific grounds for the claim.

These payment terms serve as a legally binding agreement between the client and the service provider. Both parties are expected to adhere to these terms to ensure a fair and mutually beneficial business relationship.
